Charles Vermaas is located in Amsterdam North, opposite Central Station and near the Eye film museum. In a multifunctional building of office–apartment work–live spaces over business premises with ample parking. The building is easily accessible by foot, bicycle, public transport, boat, car and other. The studio is on the 7th floor with elevator access.
Public Transport
Coming by ferry from Central Station
The studio is best reached by taking the Buiksloterweg ferry and a short walk (approx. 10 minutes).
Coming by bus from Central Station
Bus 394 towards Zaandam, alight at Floraweg, and then a short walk (approx. 10 minutes). Coming by metro and bus from Central Station: Arrive at Amsterdam Noord (line M52) and take bus 38 to Asterweg.
Coming by car
Exit the Amsterdam Ring via S118 and arrive via Nieuwe Leeuwarderweg, Johan van Hasseltweg, Mosplein and Distelweg at Asterweg 17-19, turn into the courtyard to climb the ramp and park in front of the door of building 19 C.Coming by boat:Via IJ and Tolhuisgracht (northern IJ banks), you can dock at the courtyard quay of 'Kaap Noord' Asterweg 17-19.
